It works great while it lasts but it's not durable. I only used it a few times and then the top pump came completely out of the lower piece so now it doesn't work at all. Very disappointed.

Product works as advertised, which actually says a lot because other wine vacuum pumps do not. I've had three different brands before this, and thus is the first that works very well. It is compact, looks nice, and does the job. Only minor complaint is the number of pumps required, but that is consistent with the instructions, so no surprises there, and reasonable given the size of the pump.

I bought this item because my husband and I are big wine drinkers. I love all kinds of wine and sometimes my eyes are bigger than my stomach and I end up opening and wasting wine. Who likes to waste wine? No one! The wine vacuum pump fits perfectly around the stoppers and is very easy to operate. Zazzol Wine Saver also includes easy to follow picture instructions and can be easily worked by anyone. I saved my wine for a couple of days and it was just as tasty as the first time. I am very impressed with the quality and elegance of the wine stopper and the fresh taste of the stored wine.I am so thrilled with this purchase that I will be purchasing another set for my wine lover friend who will be just as thrilled to be able to store and preserve her wine! This makes a great wedding, Christmas or any occasion gift for wine lovers or anyone who doesn't finish all their wine. I would definitely buy this porduct again, absolutely love and highly recommend.

I bought this because of all the positive reviews - turns out this company harasses you for reviews after a purchase. In the spirit of "if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all" I did not review this purchase after it arrived. But since I'm pestered I'll share: it's a mediocre, overpriced product, not as good as a cheap plastic one I had for years before this purchase. It does not give a clear indication of when all the air has been removed from the bottle.

Works well enough, but no different from any of the other versions of this type of manual pump. I don't think it's worth the extra money.

This has been a fantastic addition to my list of favorite kitchen tools, it's so useful to anyone who enjoys just a couple glasses of wine socially or with dinner, but doesn't want to ruin/waste the entire bottle. When I spend sometimes $100 on a bottle of wine, I want to preserve it! Having this product will allow me to do that.I love the look of the pump. It's shiny finish gives it an elegant look and feel. If ever it were sexy to be vacuum sealing a wine bottle, it's with this Zazzol pump.It works impeccably, as well. I've owned it for approximately a week and I've sealed two $30-$70 bottles wine with it, a white and a red, and I am confident that they are staying fresh.Next time I need a gift for an anniversary, birthday, or even during the Holidays, this will be my go-to. I just love the design and functionality of it. It's tasteful and works perfectly on any bottle.

This seemed like a decent Pump - but only after maybe 6 uses, it broke. The inside piece under the top, is plastic and it just fell apart. I am past the date to return it. Not so happy.

Seems to work, but I can't lay the bottles on their side with this in them as they leak. Which is odd since they seem to keep negative pressure (ie, air tight) when they are upright. I only wanted to lay the whites on their side so I could put them back in the wine cooler.
