From Gallery Solutions, we expect the very best Quality and Construction. The Wood frame on the one we received is very well done. The backing panel is not flat, as it should be, but rather, it is a bit flimsy and as a result, does not lie flat but is somewhat warped. As a result, a photograph is not held in place without taping and some uneven space shows between the photo and the masking.So, it is fully functional and not off enough to require replacing - but the need to find and apply an appropriate filler was annoying.

First one came in with broken glass. They were quick to replace and return funds. This came in just fine. Now just waiting for my print to arrive. The frame feels a bit sloppy at first. Will probably fix this easily. All in all it’s got a very nice finish and will look great on my wallLooks good but needs help and some attention to detail. If they are going to charge as much as they do it better be constructed well. This is not. Don’t think I would order again. If I have to spend more to get more then I will.

I ordered the 16x22. It fit my 12x18 print. I did not have any problems with chips or cracks. I haven't hung it yet but the plastic corner pieces I think will work easily. The mat that comes with it is pretty nice. It's a frame so I can't really love it or hate it. It does the job.

I was given a piece of poster art that is a bit unusual in size. I went to the local framing store and they didn't even think there was such a thing. Because of one or two less than positive reviews, I hesitated but decided to give it a try. It is the perfect size, sturdy and was easy to put the art into. Instead of using the corner brackets, I used small eye screws and a wire since that is how I like to mount art on the wall.

This is a nice frame, but one of the three I ordered arrived with the glass shattered! And the shattered glass damaged the other two frames!!! Good-looking, simple frame, but TERRIBLY PACKAGED!!!!! I've requested a replacement for the shattered frame, and I seriously hope that they will package it more carefully this time! Otherwise, I think this is a good deal for a handsome and reasonably well made frame.

I bought this matted frame to display a beautiful piece of art created by my daughter, I was going to pay to have it custom framed but decided to look one last time for a frame that would work without spending a fortune on it. This frame is perfect. It is very nice and looks much more expensive than it is. Product arrived promptly within 2 business days of order is sturdy undamaged packaging. I am very pleased with this purchase and will be buying more frames for our home from this seller.

Very nice frame! It was delivered in bubble wrap and no scratches or broken areas. It fits my print very well and i love the look of the double matte! If i need this size frame again i will be buying this one.

A very good looking frame for the price ($20.99). And it's glass. It does not include hanging hardware. The composite wood can crack easily when installing a screw. So, probably smaller screws are probably better and don't use power tool. Overall, I'd recommend it.

The frame and matting looked great. I purchased this to frame a poster I bought my daughter for her 16th birthday. I like everything about it - though I did use a piece of cardboard as backing to add some resistance for the catches along the sides, top, and bottom of the frame. Everything looks great. It lost a star because it came swimming in a larger box, with insufficient padding so that it clunked around in there. It arrived safe and sound, but had it been handled roughly along the way, I think it may not have stood up to that.

It is a well made frame looks good.

This is a lovely picture frame. It is as pictured. It is well made. I was happy with it.

The opening is exact, not a 1/2” smaller like most frames.
