Will not download and install
I should have looked at the reviews before buying. This 12 month subscription would not install on my Microsoft laptop. Apparently others have experienced the same problem.

Iten arrived without damage. Item arrive in the estimated time of delivery.

Not user friendly
We were never able to get this loaded to our computer. A total waste of $25. We tried several times to download this program and were never able to do so.

This software could not be downloaded and used. Too many steps and pushing me into other Adobe purchases without any help with this purchase.
