This is a great beginner ab stimulator. It really works to stimulate ab muscles. You can choose different pulse settings and it does strong enough charges that I could still turn it up more, but it is too painful at the highest levels. As long as the gel pads are applied correctly, the charge goes from very subtle pulses, to very strong ones that force the muscles to contract. When it goes too high or the pads are not correctly attached, it does feel more like a shock. Overall, it works great and especially worth it for the low price. See below for info on replacement parts and how I upgraded.I used this stimulator for a few years before the large pad wore out to the point that it would no longer emit a charge. The smaller ones still work and so do the blue rechargeable stimulators. I replaced the sticky gel pads a few times with the generic gel pad replacements, which was easy and cheap. Recently, I bought the FLEXTONE replacement pads, which includes the full piece (not just the sticky gel pieces), and it fit the blue pulsing stimulators perfectly. I wish I had replaced it sooner because the original FLEXTONE stimulator sells for $169-189, and the replacement pads are only $22.99. The FLEXTONE pads definitely work better as far as the strength and quality of the pulses. It was definitely worth the upgrade.

I haven't found any direction on how to attach the charged batteries to sticky side.

It doesn’t seem to stick very well. I rest my hands on it and it seems to do better. No results so far.

This is basically is a low cost tans unit... without wires. I used it today during a walk and it felt like I did a bunch of crunches. I use a medical tans on my shoulder and it has a bunch of wires so I am trying the smaller one one my shoulder. It does the same thing ... again, without the wires.

I enjoyed the product. For the price it was worth it and was comfortable to use. I felt like the product was very middle of the road, not bad but not great. It was easy to use and if you kept the manual with modes guide it was easy to tell which one you were on via the light indicators on device. I got more uses out of the pads than expected. Once I had used it a couple times the soft portion of device began getting bent from movement or caught on clothes and this decreased the fit and connection with skin. Overall I would recommend someone who is looking in to trying these types of devices start with this one. The price is low and it functions similar to other devices. It is a good “sampler” to see what you do and don’t like about the type of product for a low cost to determine what you want out of one of the more expensive products.

Product is just as described, was delivered quickly with no damages. An amazing product for a GREAT price!! A must try for everyone, I think, whether you are using EMS for injury relief, restrengthening muscles from injury, sorry muscles, or to add an extra kick in the gut for your workout, this is it!My personal review is as follows:I am a bigger gal, sure, so I wanted to include my not-at-all-perfect body for others to have an idea of what they could expect of they look like me.I'm on day 3 of using this product. I love it. I combine its use with diet and light exercise. I generally use the EMS after my work out. This generally is a good transition for my muscles because the EMS product also helps with muscle cramps or pain.I do a waist and tummy work out almost nightly, and I never feel my tummy muscles working as well as they do when I'm using the EMS product. I love feeling my tummy muscles actually moving in there. I literally KNOW this product is contacting and working my muscles for me. Its incredible.I wanted to share, also, some tips that have been helpful to me.1) the product instructions do say to apply to a clean/dry body. I use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball or prep pad, to remove any sweat or oil from my skin. This really helps the gel pads to stick better and probably last longer, when applied to clean skin.2) I've turned my intensity up a lot and I've found that the electricity can cause a very tingly sensation to the skin. To help with coping of this sensation I either use a tight elastic high top panty or waist trainer tank top OR I turn the device on, and lay on my tummy (on top of the product) on my bed and write Amazon reviews 😆Other waist bands would help with this as well, if you have them.3) only use to your own tolerance, obviously, and PLEASE keep away from curious children and moisture AT ALL TIMES.My only "con" would be that I wish it came with extra set of gel replacement pads for the future need, but product is as described, so it is still work the 5 stars.

It’s no really adhesive, it doesn’t have a good adhesion to the body
