2 refills later
Have loaded the units twice, have seen 1 dead rat but this does not mean that it is not eliminating most of the vermin.Looks good and blends in with the environment.

Buyer beware! I bought 8 of these and had a storm come through and lost 5 out of the 8!
Buy the one that have concrete to hold them down!

These Rock/Bait Stations Work!!!
I have six of these rock bait stations around my house and they really do work to help curb the mice and chipmunks. It's much cheaper than 'renting' the rocks from a pest control company - they pay for themselves in a years time.

Watch out for latch issues...
Placing these at probably entry points around my residence for about a month I can’t verify if they are effective — haven’t seen any rodents, but their appearance is usually seasonal. The only issues I have with the product:— the latch and key mechanism are poorly molded and easily jam. When you first try to open the station, the latch can be very, very hard to turn loose. I broke one key trying to open the latch, and eventually took to grasping the key at its base with locking pliers and turning very carefully, slowly, but firmly. Re-latching the lock is also a big challenge. The internal latches are too snug and have to be forced into place. In another instance, the key insert hole was so loose that it popped out, and the way it is designed made it very hard to put back in. The whole locking mechanism really needs a rethink.— the instructions say that you can insert the steel bait poles through the tray and into seating holes in the bait station floor. But the trays on all 8 of the stations I ordered are sealed, there are no predrilled holes. This means that you must force the poles through the trays, bending them out of shape and possibly tearing them. The manufacturer should predrill these holes. And the seating holes aren’t always the right size — two of them on my stations were too small. So I had to tap the poles into the holes with a small hammer. You have to unlatch and open the station to see if the bait is being used. It would be helpful if the manufacturer provided a small window or other way to check the baits without opening the station.

Good part of tool mix to control rodents.
They look great, and do the job. Access to the entry holes is a bit more restrictive than traditional rat poison stations, which may be why it took a while for the local rodents to start using these. The old rat stations were being emptied of bait, while these weren't being nibbled, even set side by side. Left them in place over a couple of weeks, and nibbles increased a bit. Moved them so that the openings were raised over little mounds to facilitate entry, and they started being emptied of bait like the old stations. Reset/move to problem areas took several weeks, where the baits on several stations were being cycled every few days before the pace of re-baiting slowed; finally some dead carcasses showed up - and evidence of activity decreased. Mix of single kill and anti-coagulant blocks in all the stations part way through seems to have helped; along with a couple of old squirrel/rodent bait stations with pelleted bait, and some live traps (like the Ratinator). Variety of types and sizes of rodents requires a mix of tools to control. This is a good part of mix.

Very effective
This is outstanding. The mice and/or moles living in the stone wall outside my house devoured every morsel of the bait, leaving only droppings behind. My only negative observation is that the rodents also devoured part of the thin plastic tray that the bait rests on. The tray is important because it makes cleaning the trap much easier. This is so much cheaper than hiring a service to do exactly the same thing.

Much better looking than traditional bait stations
Much better looking than traditional bait stations. We split the 4 pack with our neighbors, baited 'em, and now we're counting rat corpses. They work.

Terrible
Did not come with a key to open and there was only one station not four as the description says.
