Amazing Professional Hot Glue Gun
Excellent for DIY projects!!!! So, looking forward to trying this out.

Heats up quick and lays a good size bead
The media could not be loaded. I like the size of this glue gun. It feels good in the hand and feeds the glue stick at a good pace. This is replacing my Arrow brand pro glue gun which has seen better days. The tip on this glue gun is not as sturdy as my Arrow glue gun, but I think it will do fine. Like most glue guns if you leave them on too long without using it, it leaked out of the front.At first I thought the front stand was missing, but turns out it was wrapped securely in the power cable. The power cable is 5 feet. My glue gun did not come with the 3 PC PREMIUM GLUE STICKS as advertised.My bottom line is that at this price point I don't think there is any advantage with this glue gone over the Arrow glue gun that has a long standing reputation and cost almost the same price.

Not Pro Grade, But Good for DIY
This is a nice glue gun, although I wouldn't use it for projects that need to be long-lasting. This is because the gun is powered at 100W, which is quite low compared to professional hot-melt glue guns -- and also the build quality of the gun is not as solid a pro models. The low wattage is an advantage, however, for people who want to use lower-temperature glue to avoid accidental burns. Children could learn to use this glue gun safely, then graduate later to a higher-wattage model.

NOT "Professional Grade." NO Glue Sticks Included (As Stated in Description).
This is a basic glue gun. I was expecting better quality materials and design based on the description which states, "Professional Grade." The description also states that 3 glue sticks are included. There were NO glue stick included. I am disappointed. I do not believe this product is as described.
