Quality replacement part
I've seen cheaper in price products on the internet but they were lacking some of the seals that this product includes, exactly like original manufacturers equipment. Fel-Pro has a great reputation, you get what you pay for with Fel-Pro.

This little bugger was hard to find. I have a 2001 V8 Tundra. Fit with my TRD supercharger and I think it fits stock intakes also. From what I've read you don't need to replace this gasket every time you separate the parts, only if it's damaged.
