Better sleep, bit less discomfort though its early days with this product but so far so good

Have missed my earthing sheet since travelling so glad to have this one which is good quality. Looking forward to better sleep & already feeling more rested even though my sleep has stayed intermittent (2 nights). Pretty sure it helped with my healing after falling heavily during ice skating as it arrived on the same day & when I woke I had far less pain than anticipated.I just wish the sheets had some way of securing them to the mattress, such as elastic under the mattress or on the corners. Haven't found one that does yet! It was hard to tuck it in with a sprained hand!

I found the suspenders type elastic straps were difficult to use because trying to attach them was difficult and one snapped off which now doesn’t keep the sheet level. As regarding pain I don’t feel that much different, however after sleeping on it, I did feel more rested.

Quality of material good but doesn’t stay still even with the hold up straps that can’t be opened to even try. Very small. Felt no change at all in anyway and was so expecting a difference of some sort. Incredibly disappointed

Sleeping much better

I bought this for my 83 year old aunt who suffers from osteoporosis and has a clot in her ankle. She has been in consistent pain for years and takes painkillers daily which have little to no effect. When. I called her the next day to see how she slept and if she had experienced any effects she broke down in tears. She said forts thing is that she felt a deep sense of relaxation, she slept really well for a change and experienced some relief from her pains. The following night the same but a bit less pain. Its only been around 5 days but so far so good. She says it has improved her pain and calmed her anxiety. I also bout one 2 days ago and can definitely say that it does promote a deep feeling of peace, as expected being connected to the earth. I definitely felt a difference and managed to get 7 instead of the usual 4 hours a night sleep.Give it a try, or gift it to an elderly person in your life,highly recommended.

I spent lots of money to buy the bed sheet and the pillow case and the mouse mat. Absolutely waist of time

Its dimensions are too small for a single size bed ( needs to be longer and wider ) also the 4 straps provided are useless with no reference to them in the instructions as not easy to figure out how they are connected.
