Awesome Popper!!
I have one of another brand that I’ve had fir 5-6 years. This one is pretty much the same as mine and it is the bomb!! My boyfriend was going to buy a plastic one at the big store and I told him I’d find one like my glass one. Selected this one from all others. A really perfect opportunity . The top to it is better than mine as you measure your popcorn in the top. Lay butter on it while pooping and tah-dah! Great popcorn. I do add 1 tablespoon to my popcorn too. Make tasty popcorn. No more heart clogging microwave prepackaged popcorn.

It works great, the clean up is easy and it didn't ...
What more could you ask for from a popcorn popper. It works great, the clean up is easy and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I made my first popcorn a couple days ago and I could not believe how well it worked. It's just the right size for popcorn for myself and my husband.

My 2nd one
I like this item in many ways but there are some downfalls. It has a very nice appearance which first attracted me to it. It is glass so it cleans easily but the downfalls are it also breaks easily. It is fairly thin so one small bump and it cracks. No matter how careful I was I broke my first one with a very slight bump. It pops nice popcorn. The glass handle does get hot if you do more than one batch at a time. I did buy a 2nd one after breaking my first so I like it. But I wished it were a bit more sturdy or a protection around it to prevent easy breakage. But if you buy it obviously you know glass can break.

Broke Within 4 Uses
I really liked the idea of this popper being glass; however, I was concerned that it was so thin when It first arrived. And indeed, it broke after 4 uses. Bumped it against the sink while cleaning, and not much of a bump at that. It did work well. Follow the directions, and the popcorn was great. I tried using more corn, as it didn't fill up, but using more caused the popcorn to burn.

I had great expectations of the product and was glad to see ...
I give it 00000 stars. ...I'm a chef and I literally worked over an hour to get this to work.......in that hr. I had no more then 20 curnels to pop.....at one point I even tried to increase the time per instruction but with no avail. In my opinion it is a consumer money rip off. I had great expectations of the product and was glad to see it out there. Well I'm back to tne old fashionway of popping corn...don't get taken in. Now I need to go through the hassle of sending it back you never know. This is the first review I have ever written in my life...so disappointed as a chef of a very simple task as making popcorn it sucks.

Love this corn popper
Love this corn popper. It is convenient and easy to use but made of very thin glass. Easy to clean in the dishwasher but be very careful how you handle it; it breaks easily. And it is really hot when it comes out of the microwave!

It will take practice to get the timing right. Seems to leave too much unpopped corn.
Via Amazon, I purchased this microwave popcorn popper. It had good, overall customer satisfaction reviews.Off the top, I don't like that it is made of glass. Glass tends to get really hot, and I wonder how long before I break it in the sink trying to wash it, or the handle comes off. Perhaps some non BPA plastic might be better? A heat proof variety of course. The little red top is silicon and has holes in the top. You fill the depression in the lid with unpopped kernels and then dump them into the glass popper and put the top on. If desired, you can place any amount of butter or other meltable into the top reservoir and then you put it in the microwave. Oven times will vary, but about 2-3 minutes.I haven't used this popper extensively yet, but so far, it works...it's just hard to determine your popping time. We also seem to have a high degree of unpopped kernels after popping is finished. Filling the little reservoir with kernels ends up yielding not very much popped corn...it only seems to be about half full, when done.So I can say that it works. I can also say it will likely take time and experimentation to determine how much time, and at what power setting one will get optimal popping of all kernels without burning them. I tried my microwave's popcorn setting and the popcorn burned. It is a three quart capacity, but I don't think I've successfully hit "capacity" yet.Practice practice practice. Good thing we like popcorn. No oil is needed so you can make your popcorn healthy if you want to.

Healthy Popcorn
I love my popcorn maker! I can use it to air pop my popcorn or use oil/butter. I like it much better than the popcorn pouches sold at the stores. There are no added ingredients you cannot pronounce. It just uses popcorn kernels and whatever you choose to add. The lid doubles as a measuring cup as well. It says not to overfill the cup, but I do add a little more and it doesn't burn the popcorn. It does get a bit hot, so I use an oven mit to handle it after heating the popcorn kernels up. I use it at least once a week to make a snack for work or to eat while watching a movie.
