These are a nice styling tool. Useful first lifting hair and to separate layers.

These combs allows your curly hair to have height and it allows your Afros to take flight. They’re picks which are better than combs. They’re very small though. Definitely it the size of regular combs.

Combs work great and look pretty good too. However, some of the teeth aren’t the most durable. I broke one of the teeth on the comb just while using it in my hair (and my hair isn’t overly long or curly either). Not bad for the price, but could need replaced every so often.

I use these to help with evenly distributing a "root smudge" when I fade out my natural dark roots into my bleached hair. I'm hesitant still to use the fine comb side because hair has a tendency to be rather fragile while it's processing, but I've used the bigger toothed ends to separate and bring down the dark root shade to create a natural-looking reverse balayage. I like the effect I've been able to achieve with these, it's a lot easier than using a regular comb (which is what I was using before), and I would recommend to others who are looking to achieve the same result. They feel like they're good quality, and I like that they're kind of translucent instead of opaque, just kind of a neat touch.

Great for the price

The quality seems to be good considering that it is made from plastic. Plastic mcombs usually break quite easily. I don't think that these will break easily. That said, HOWEVER, I don't know how much I'll be using them. When I bought them, I was thinking these would be good for thick hair. Not in reality. They're okay but that's all..The jagged edges that I THOUGHT would be good for getting tangles out ..... DON'T actually get them out. An ordinary brush works better. OH, well ... live and learn.
