TeamFar Round Cooling Rack Set of 2, 9 Inch

My initial purpose in buying these racks was for use under domes for use with a smoking gun. I ordered the 7.5 racks which fits in all of my domes. As a bonus, I found that they fit my 8 quart Instant pot which will make them very useful for steaming and pressure cooking. So what do I like about these racks? 1) Since they are stainless steel, they won't rust 2) These racks are heavy weight and are study enough to hold anything you would want to cook or cool on them. 3) They appear to be durable, and can be washed in the dishwasher, although I generally clean them in warm soapy water. 4) These are nice looking racks that should maintain their appearance in time. I was impressed enough with these racks that I bought another set in the 9" size. All too often, when I am cooking, I find that I don't have the tools needed for the job as was the case before I bought the 7.5" racks. The 9" size will also fit in my Instant Pot, and I'm sure I will have many more uses for them. I will update my review if my opinion changes. I hope this review was helpful for you.

9-inch Round Cooling Rack Set. I've been using these over a year for cooking burgers under the oven top (broiler) element and they still look brand-new after washing them, even though I sometimes gently use a scrubbing pad. Unlike other racks I have, these have not shown any tarnishing or had the chrome plating wear off or start looking dull or scratched. And they're solid, not flimsy at all. Highly recommended.

These are great. Perfect size for my homemade bread. I add one on the bottom of the pan before baking so the bottom crust doesn't get so hard. Works great.

Perfect accessory for increasing airflow in a Ninja Crispi air fryer, particularly if you're using parchment to reduce clean up hassle (since parchment can obstruct airflow). If the legs were a bit longer, it could be used to double stack the fryer when used with deeper containers, but I get that these are primarily intended for cooling baked goods and long legs would be awkward.

Use these on my griddle. Absolutely love them when baking biscuits on the griddle.

Perfect size for my 5Qt. Dutch oven. Great to keep my sourdough loaf bottom from getting too browned.

Good quality. Will work well

Using these as steamer racks so I can close the lid on a normal pan. They do sit low so you can't use as much water but once the water boils turn down the flame so the water doesn't evaporated as fast. Solid, stainless steel. Large enough for large plates that fit inside a sauce pan.

This works perfectly for layering pots in my electric pressure cooker for pot-in-pot cooking.

Quality stainless steel and food easy to wipe off. Dishwasher friendly.
