The second one is working fine and as expected
We had to return the first one we purchased as the internal light was not working. The second one is working fine and as expected. We are just trying to understand how we can determine who has been able to gain interior access based on their login credentials. Otherwise - why would it be designed to allow for so many users if we can't track who is getting in and out? I will update this review if we determine this answer.

JUNK! JUNK! JUNK!
i had to purchase this lock twice. The first time is was missing pieces and the second time we got it installed and it just stopped working one day. I was out of town and all of my children were at home. The master keys were locked in the house and no one was able to get in. My son had to climb to the second level of our condo and break in our home. The lock is still on the door and has been reprogrammed 3 times and STILL DOESN'T WORK. It is JUNK and do NOT purchase. I'm trying to return it AGAIN and of course they won't let me. We tried calling customer service and there wasn't any. I can't believe I wasted $200.

The real ASSA ABLOY is possibly the best and most secure lock manufacturer in the world and is trusted by governments, military, hospitals, businesses, and schools.Who ever this is, is somebody trying to fool you.If they try to unethically trick you like this, you can't trust the product they are selling. I can't even search and find who the real seller or manufacturer is for this product.Another fake fly-by business on Amazon selling you garbage.

Love the look and style
This lock is really nice and so far works well for me i love the style and design more of a upgraded look. It looks really nice and classy and so far im very happy .the price isnt high end great item for the money easy to install and would recommend to others in a heart beat.These are my own honest opinions after having received and tried this product on exchange for an unbiased review.(discounted).
