Endangered Species Chocolate Wolf, Natural Dark Chocolate (72%) with Cranberries & Almonds, 3-Ounce Bars (Pack of 12)

Endangered Species Wolf is one of the most delicious dark chocolate bars I've ever eaten. In fact, this was my third order of these scrumptious bars! At 72% cacao, they exceed the 70% minimum cacao content generally recommended to get the benefits of heart healthy flavonols. The mouthfeel is creamy and luscious, unlike many of the dark chocolate bars I've tried. And the cranberries and almonds add not only flavor and texture but also fiber and other nutritional pluses.

Food is all about personal taste, of course. But I prefer Divine Chocolate to Endangered Species Chocolate myself. ESW's bars are smaller and more expensive. The chocolate is a bit more bitter and less creamy. And there is less fruit and nuts in the bar. Some might feel these characteristics are improvements. Just not me.

I love these chocolate bars, hands down. However my last dozen, while not expired had turned whitish in color. It appeared they may have been subjected to a weather event.So...the chocolate wasn’t fresh and definitely not tasty.It’s a shame.

Everyone I have shared this chocolate with has had the same reaction. "Cranberries? I don't think so!" And then everyone has had the same reaction when they've tried it. "Hey, this is good!"To begin with, the dark chocolate is very good and the added ingredients make it a special treat.This box of chocolate bars is my go-to gift for all occasions.

A friend in Tampa turned me on to this chocolate, so when I got home to my rural town the only way to get it was through Amazon, at a dozen bars per box - which is no problem! It's delicious and rich, a little piece of a bar is plenty to satisfy and a bar makes a great gift. I haven't tried the other variations but love this particular one and will continue to order.

It is a good chocolate, I always looking for good price. The price was almost good.

These bars are a hit at my house. They rank high up on my list of favorite bars from Endangered Species, and this is my husband's favorite out of the ones I ordered. He is not a chocolate-eater, but I have found myself needing to hide these bars from him. The cranberries and almonds are excellently paired with the dark chocolate.

This is my favorite dark chocolate, but when my local stores stopped carrying it, I searched and found it from this vendor. My order arrived super-fast and I've been enjoying this delicious dark chocolate ever since. Would highly recommend this product and vendor, and I plan to reorder when my supply is depleted.
