These taste so much better than normal raw buckwheat. I mix them with brown rice in the rice cooker to get a complete amino acid profile. The result was fluffier than when I using raw buckwheat.

Perfectly fine buckwheat.The issue of the expiration date I saw in some reviews? Well, if you know russian you can read on the package that what is printed there by production company is MANUFACTURING date, from that date it is good for 20 more months.The only problem I had so far, one time the order I got was already opened, I assume that it was a return, as the corner was obviously cut with scissors. Gross, do not do that, people. Please.
