Excellent caviar with great taste. Would highly recommend for those who like red caviar.

Delicious caviar, moderately salted, medium size, not runny, the shell is quite strong, diameter 3-4 mm, fresh, shelf life right up to 2025. The packaging is top notch, taking into account the hot weather in Arizona. Many thanks to everyone who took part in this.

I know my red caviar, and I bought from this seller before (not sure if the manufacturer was the same), so I was a returning customer. Yet this purchase was a disappointment. The taste of red caviar blooms in several stages, this batch hits your taste buds first with rancid oil note before the caviar's goodness takes the stage, making things alright again. The slight bitterness of the preservative comes last, and bathing the caviar in tea could get rid of it, but the trick won't work for this product with too many damaged eggs. Maybe because it was made from previously frozen eggs, unlike the true Russian style?

US made, small grains, but tastes well, came cold, expiration date mid 2023.

I do like that it is not as salty as other brands. But it is fishy. Too fishy for me. Wish I had just spent the extra $20 and got white sturgeon instead. Maybe you would like it if you grew up eating it but if this is your first time eating caviar, I’d try something else. But I do appreciate the less salt content.
