I’ve tried a handful of CoQ10 supplements over the years, and this one from Micro Ingredients is easily one of the best values I’ve come across. First thing I noticed is the ingredient quality. It uses CoQ10 (ubiquinone) combined with coconut MCT oil, which helps with absorption since CoQ10 is fat-soluble. That’s a big plus compared to dry capsules that your body may not absorb as well. Micro Ingredients The formula is also pretty clean—non-GMO and free from soy, dairy, and gluten, which matters if you’re trying to avoid unnecessary fillers or allergens.

Co Q 10 is essential for cellular energy and muscle function, and my levels were so low my feet were severely swollen for a year, with no response to diuretics. After 3 days of taking this, my feet were normal after diuresing a lot of fluid. My GFR (glomerular filtration rate) went from 70 to 95 in one month of taking coq10, most likely because my cardiac output has been boosted (the heart is after all, a muscle). This is 16 years after foolishly taking statins for 2 years, not realizing they leach Co Q 10 out of the body. It has lowered my BP from 145/90 to 135/80, and my cholesterol from 250 to 220, in a 68 year old woman with no genetic history of heart disease. I had also progressively become so physically weak (starting with the statins), I could barely walk, and had gained 80 pounds in 3 years even though I knew I was only eating 1200 calories per day (weighing and measuring everything). After 3 months of taking 800 mg daily, I am gradually losing weight, can walk at a moderate pace for half an hour, and can walk up stairs, which I have been unable to do for 2 years. What was my nurse practitioners' diagnosis? "You're just getting older, and you have venous stasis". Big Pharma used to recommend small doses of COQ10 for patients with muscle pain on statins, but never admitted statins can cause muscle weakness, including heart failure. Now that information is out there, but barely alluded to on sites like webmd, etc. How many others are "aging" disastrously because of this ignorance and Big Pharma brainwashing of MDs? After all, who do you think massively funds our medical schools? Even though CO Q 10 is water soluble, research will show you it must be taken with fat in order to be absorbed. I mix mine with MCT oil, where it easily dissolves.

I have been taking coq10 for almost 15 years. I took it when nobody knew what it was. I always preferred the pure powder, not gel. The problem was the powder not being water soluble. Having to take with fatty foods for maximum absorption was problematic. So they now have this, water soluble. Awesome. Cost has also been an issue over the years. This is pretty much the best value there is. This has 50,000 mg. I take about 400mg a day. So it is about 4 month supply. Incredible value. Quality? Seems pure. I have lots of experience with the powder, and this is pure as far as I can tell. Does it dissolve in water? Yes. I put in a water bottle with 3-4 oz removed, then add some juice. Shake well. It does have taste, but mild and not bad. I have been looking and hoping for something like this and it is finally available. The value far exceeds the hassle of mixing. I put my powder in a tiny Tupperware container and left the 200mg spoon on top. Easy for me.

I have to take a high dose of CoQ10 4 to 5 times a day, the powder works great- it dissolves easily into my electrolyte water. The powder lasts me about a month & half & the price is good for the amount. Noticed an improvement in my energy levels with use.

Easily dissolves and contains scoop for correct dosing! Unsure on taste as it is given via my son's gtube! Definitely not 250 servings in this though

I put 2 scoops in a little water each morning and have noticed consistent lasting energy throughout the day. I was taking the same dose of gummies but did not get the same results. The powder doesn't dissolve very well but there's very little flavor - almost unnoticable, so it's easy to drink.

Love it! He’s using it everyday its so easy to add to his daily glass of metamucil! It’s wonderful such a small spoon and such a huge payoff of benefits per dose
