I am very impressed with these lights . Having used other solar lights in the garden these are by far the best .The light they give covers the area I need lighting. The coverage is great and the motion sensors work a treat very responsive, would also act as a massive deterrent to anyone looking to burgle the house.Very east to set up as you only need one screw I attached it to my fence and there isn't wiring.What a bargain great value for money!

Was very underwhelmed when I opened the package, I thought these were far too small to make much of a difference in illuminating anything, but I was very surprised when I installed them and checked later that night, they perfectly light up my garden I have one on the wall of the house and one on the side fence, they cover everything I need them to and are very bright indeed.I'm happy with these, a couple of months in and now, and they're still nice and bright.

Do not be fooled. These things are great! I was initially disappointed when I took them out if the packet. They were tiny. I almost didn't try them out, but. I popped them around my parking area and they clicked into work straight away (they arrived charged). 3 different settings, controlled by a button on the back (read the instructions. Dead simple). Great response (better than my wired front door lightly. Which took ages to wire in andninstall!) I love them and at less than £9 3ach whilst on sale...a steal. No longer having to get a torch every time I need to take the bins out... Or struggle to see down the steps until my kitchen light kicks in. And a deterrent for any uninvited visitors (also means my B&W infrared camera doesn't need to kick in)

I got these to put above the bins in a dark spot. They are much better than I dared hope. They are very bright - one would really be enough. The PIR motion sensors are just about perfect: they don't seem to false-trigger but they come on reliably when needed. The brightness fades in and out gradually, which is a nice touch: it makes them much less startling than they might be if they snapped instantly to full brightness. I installed these in the first week of a dreary December and - even with the short, overcast days - they always seem to be adequately charged.My only reservation at all so far is that they are mounted using only a single screw through a mounting hole in the plastic at the top. There isn't much "meat" around that mounting hole and I have a feeling that the plastic could be of a brittle type (or could become that way after some exposure to the elements). So I'm not wildly optimistic for the longevity of these lights. Time will tell.For now, though, I'm delighted with these lights and am happy to recommend them.

Bought these to cover a small area that is inaccessible to prowlers without triggering other sec lights/cams but is where my cat waits for me to let her in. They are fantastic. I was able to install these ( one screw is within my capabilities) without the expense & waiting ( endlessly) for an electrician to turn up which has saved much grief & cash. They are astonishingly superb & do a great job out here in rural Ireland where there is no light or light pollution at night. When it's dark here, it's pitch black. The first pics shows the chosen spot to install...I almost installed under a gutter until it dawned on me that no sun would reach the panel to charge it. The other two pics are the before & after taken from the same spot & without any camera effects being used . They say it all. Build quality is nice & strong too. I highly recommend these & will be buying more to illuminate other dark spots around the place where wired lights would be overkill but illumination would be useful.

These are quite small and they don't give out an enormous amount of light, so I'm not sure how much of a deterrent they would present. I've set them up with one on each end of our shed. This means that when one of us walks out to the shed in the dark, this light will light up so that we can see what we're doing as we negotiate the padlocked door.Inside the shed I've put the much brighter and somewhat larger MEIKEE 10W PIR Light, reviewed separately, and we've put a 'SMILE! You're on CCTV' sticker (also reviewed separately) on top of the chest freezer. This might sound like an unorthodox use for a PIR security light, but it means that we don't have to mess about with light switches when collecting frozen food from the outside freezer.So the lights that I am reviewing here (140 LED Solar Lights Outdoor, Mpow Motion Sensor Security Light with 3 Lighting Modes) do serve a useful purpose in our garden, but more as a supporting act rather than being the main actor. If our daughter parks at the end of the shed at night, the light on that end of the shed will give her some light to see by. Good product, recommended, but don't expect them to be mega-bright.
