Does the ice bin have a light

There is no light in this ice maker. Only the power button is illuminated. This ice maker makes great ice cubes but is extremely noisy. I would not buy it again.

is this machine self cleaning?

It is not self cleaning. You must purchase a cleaner to distribute and reset the cycle. This ice maker is very noisy and it is already giving us trouble after 6 months.

Does this ice machine have a drain and a pump? Does it have the option to recycle its melted ice?

Yes, it has a drain and pump / everything needed for installation comes with the icemaker. The ice never melts, so recycling is not an issue… It is a great icemaker that makes drink ice - we are very happy with our purchase.

What are the exact dimensions? Does it have a water filter?

Dimensions are right from the information on Amazon No water filter You would have to get one and install that into the feed water line to the ice maker
