Its a so so product. First is has some kind of stinking smell. Second its too sour, It's the kismish in it is very very sour makes the whole product sour.

Looks just like what is shown in the pictures. Nuts, berries and seeds are all very fresh and crunchy. Total value for money. Very hygenic and you can add them to a cup of juice in the morning or in the night before sleep. Chia and pumpkin and flax seeds aid very well in weight loss and the berries provide the right does of vitamins and minerals. Great productThey seller could have provided 500gm for the price quoted which would have been really good. Anyways 5 stars.

Too expensive for what is inside, some teams inside were rotten, and didn’t smell well.

Contents were all genuine but there was added sugar and it appeared to have more of dried fruits like berries & plums and less amount of dried seeds and nuts.So for people who are into a regular healthy exercise regime this is good. but for those with issues with blood sugar, it is avoidable.I usually took it with muesli and milk without any added sugar and then it was quite tasty.
