I order this filter as needed when my fridge needs a filter change. Very happy with the product.

These filters work great. However, the most recent set were shipped in their unpadded "retail" box (not really retail, but plain thin cardboard). I won't know if the filters are damaged and leak until I try to use them 6 months and 1 year from now.Wouldn't it be possible for Amazon to categorize the shipping requirements of various items?

I have been buying water filters from Amazon since the second one I bought. The first one was name brand for Samsung. Ouch! The price was outrageous.I have been buying these for several years. It is so easy to install....a little difficult because SAMSUNg chose to put the filter on the bottom of the fridge so I have squat on the floor but inserting the filter and giving it a twist is pretty easy. There is a short time where you need to get the water clear. But less time with this brand than others I have tried.

my ice maker/water dispense if not working properly. samsung says it's because of the water filter and the pressure of the water coming through it to the ice maker. i have tried several brands of filters, and none have changed the situation.

Easy to install

This product fit my Samsung fridge as expected. Other 3rd party filters had issues with water pressure that dropped down under 50% of the Samsung filters. I switched back to the Samsung brand because I didn't want to wait 30 seconds to fill up an 8 oz. glass of water. This filter is on par with the Samsung filters with regard to water pressure.There was a little bit of a seating issue putting the new filter in place but I don't think that is the filter's fault. When I first insert the filter, there was a rumbling, vibrating noise. I pushed on the filter and it stopped but no water would come out when using the water dispenser. I removed and replaced the filter and everything worked fine. Why did this happen? Probably because I didn't shut off the water supply before inserting the filter. The Samsung refrigerator instructions are very clear about shutting off the water before installing in a new filter. For me, this is too cumbersome and barely possible since the fridge is sort of jammed into the spot it is in. So since day 1, I have just been inserting the filters without bothering to turn off the water supply first. It's a bit harder to push the filters in but eventually they work.

Does the job, for cheap price.The cartridge started leaking after couple weeks and had to clean my whole refrigerator and empty the water... be careful to watch them regularly.Nothing weird or different found with the taste of water, or the flow rate of water coming out.I tried them, but next time i'll buy original samsung product

I find these filters a better priced alternative to the original samsung brand filters found at department stores. I'll continue to purchase these, as they fit our fridge well and we find that water tastes just fine using these.

The unit caused hammering and low flow when installed. I have used a few of these exact items previously. The have got the job done in the past if just barely but this one damaged my Samsung fridge. A $600 service call to fix the cartridge receiving unit in the fridge was required. The unit looks fine on the outside but something internally is bad. Requested a refund with no reply before posting my feedback.

Los originales cuestan $1,500 MXN y duran 6 meses!! Estos son dos por menos de un tercio del precio. Se les puede alargar la vida conectando uno o dos filtros de carbón (mas baratos de 6 o 12 meses) mas en la parte de atrás antes de la entrada de agua al refrigerador.

These work perfectly in our Samsung fridge for a very reasonable price. Taste is very good. I'd definitely buy these again!
