Q: People are getting fungus nats and mold because you are over watering.

Nothing used in 2019 seems to work like it used to. I had to switch to a small outdoor compost but often avoided composting because we had increased rain and at times of the year when we did not usually get rain here in Central FL. I suggest that you call your local master gardeners or go to one of their desks at local Farmers Markets to see what they recommend. I do little indoor plants year round except for Philodendrons because we have a heavily shaded home. Use my FL Room in the winter to protect orchids and grow herbs because it gets the most sun. My Christmas cactus was amazing this year probably because I kept it out of the massive heat of direct sunlight. Accept that climate change is occurring and experiment!

Q: I'm searching for potting mix but can only find this potting soil. Can I use this as potting mix?

I prefer this potting SOIL to a MIX. I prefer adding my own enrichment or fertilizer or other plant food. I don't know why anyone seeking to grow organic would do otherwise. There are seeral organic potting mixes on Amazon and popped up without me having to search.
