I created a great stained glass looking piece for a family member for Christmas and she loved it. I’m going to do a much larger piece so this was a precursor and it went perfectly. It cuts easily with regular scissors and is easy to apply. It's repositionable. I wouldn't move it around a lot,or say that you could use it one place and then move it and use it some where else later, but it can be shifted until you get it where you want it. It's fairly sticky and I think it's going to stay well where I put it. It's also fairly flexible and curved nicely around the glass I was wrapping it around. The kit comes with a stick to help press it into place. The stick was super helpful. Use both ends! I used this to update three boring builder grade flush mount lights in my kitchen and have about 2 feet left over.
