DId the trick.
Syringe came in a ziplock bag with a rather handy instructions leaflet. Took a couple of goes to finally break apart the earwax, but once it started it almost seemed it wouldn't cease. I'd been putting off riding my bike due to the inability to hear properly. My head felt like it was wrapped in cotton wool for weeks. Really awesome results.

Wow, it works!
I only just got this syringe but felt compelled to say how good it is. For some time now I have suffered with a blocked ear and have tried many ear wax removal drops from the chemist, nothing worked, in fact it got steadily worse. I tried to syringe it before but to no avail. Almost in desperation I gave this ago, Wow ! I was shocked at what it removed, small lumps of matter, probably wax and was also horrified to see what looked like a compressed piece of Q Tip. A can now hear clearly again, hooray. To say the least I cannot recommend this enough. Ps no more use of Q tips in the future.
