Will this work with stamping, and not smear either gel or regular polish used for the stamp?

I only know I put it on after I polish my nails & there's no smearing. I use regular polish.

How long does this take to dry?

It dried fairly quick but still felt a bit tacky. I also found that it didn’t hold up to normal wear. I ended up going back to another brand.

Can this be used for dip nails that do not use a UV light?

I use brush on acrylic and I haven't had any problems.
