How do these have a 4 1/2 star rating? They don’t do anything. When you first put it on, you feel a slight cooling, but that literally lasts seconds. It very quickly warms up with your body temperature. Within 5 minutes I felt no cooling at all. I would not recommend to anyone. There’s no way it would ever be cold enough to relieve pain. Or keep you comfortable in a hot environment.

Haven't used them yet, i hope they work but i like them. Only thing is all the writing and letters come in chinese writing

This is very effective! My 2 y/o cousin was running a low-grade fever for 3 days straight. We used two of these initially and another two the following day coupled with Tylenol. Towards the evening, she felt better and was afebrile.

Works well

comparing to other expensive brands this patches definitely is very good deal, but the patches is not fully covered with the cooling gel, which the corners of patch can be easily peel off or cannot cover kid's forehead completely. that's why i give it as 4 stars.
