Yes it comes with the little post nuts and bolts.

Will this fit a 2007 cbr600rr? I know that’s an off year for the bike, so has anyone tried?

It fits my 2002 Honda cab 900f “Honda 919” aka Honda hornet. I don’t know if that helps you.
