Sita Colouing Book, The

Although this book falls in the category of "adult" colouring book, my 4 year old has been colouring in it as well - and she loves it. She started with the "Jaya Colouring Book" and after a month of colouring nearly everyday (!), I could see a marked improvement in the way she coloured. So I think it helps in improving colouring skills as well as just being an enjoyable activity.I certainly find it therapeutic when I colour alone - and when I colour with my daughter it's one more activity we can do together! I've subsequently bought this book for my teenager nieces as well - and they are loving it.
