Coltellerie Berti9" Chef's Knife | Ivory Lucite Handles

My husband has been a HUGE Giada fan for years. We recently enjoyed a fantastic brunch at her restaurant Giada on the Strip in Las Vegas. Check out the lobster hash with eggs cooked to your liking, simply wonderful!! The Berti knife is her favourite, so I had to buy him one for his birthday. Love at first chop!!! The knife hand feel is amazingly balanced. A true work of art. Thank you Italian artisan Berti family!! We will be purchasing more.

It’s better than getting a diamond tiara.This is the 2nd one I’ve ordered. Yes the first one was a gift to me from a dear client. After all, who in their right mind would pay $300 for a kitchen knife? Well, I did. I actually ordered one my self to gift to a friend who loves to cook. I cannot telll you how amazingly stunning and well balanced and SHARP this knife is. It actually looks like a beautiful piece of sculpture with the beautiful handle. The knife is handmade and signed by the knife maker. It gets washed and dried seconds after I use it and I feel like a culinary genius every time I reach for it. Even if all I’m doing is chopping up a few onions and celery and carrots. I am a getting ready to ship it back to Berti to be sharpened, I will let you know how that turns out. Yes, I hope it doesn’t get lost too.

Best knife Ive ever owned and very comfortable in my hand. Honestly has changed my life when it comes to cooking.
