This works great! My husband was so anxious about the possibility of the leg bag slipping that he’d tighten the strap on the bag so tight it cut into his skin. This allows him to loosen the strap. This is secure.

This design pre-supposes the wearer has significantly smaller waist than hips. If the wearer does not, this design will not work as the weight of the urine bag will pull the harness down over the hips.

It is a good design and would work on a tall person
I don't know how to rate this. It is a good design and would work on a tall person. The person inour household we ordered it for is about 5.6' and even with the adjustments in the straps it is toolong to work. Would have had to wear the waist band high on his chest just under his arms to getit to work as designed. As a result it didn't work for us
