Jarrow Formulas, Hyaluronic Acid, 120 mg, 60 Veggie Caps

I am unsure if the product worked as I would have liked. I finished the bottle as prescribed on the bottle but did not see any difference before and after using it

Make sure you read the fine print. The 120 mg dose quoted is for TWO capsules, not one capsule. Each capsule is 60 mg, not 120. You have to take two capsules to get 120 mg.

This stuff is so great. It really does help plump up the skin. I never want to be without it.One caveat... Since I read that to get the maximum benefit it should be taken on a empty stomach, the first time I took the capsule on an empty stomach, I through up. But even with the little bit that got into my system, even after throwing up and feeling horrible, I felt my skin looked great. Lol. Anyway, ever since then I open the capsule in water and dissolve it as best I can, and drink that on an empty stomach and it works like a charm.

So far, so good I suppose. I don’t see any negative effects from the product. But, not sure I’m seeing great results either. If I had to notice anything it would be that I haven’t had any hormonal break outs recently. Not sure if it’s from this or my other supplement I take. I’m gonna go to use to take them and try another after to see if there’s a difference. Will update review upon results.
