Been married almost 14yrs and I'm still over the moon hot for my wife. That said, sometimes I still get a little too hyped up. Sometimes only 5mins but it definitely works better if you can wait at least 15mins. It does numb your area but just enough where you still get plenty of pleasure just doesn't send you over the edge too quickly. Some say it can affect your erection but I'm 40yrs old and never had that problem in fact you could say I have the opposite problem lol. This stuff never affects it for me. The price is too high in my opinion and I may try a cheaper alternative if I can find one, but this stuff definitely does the job!

In addition, I concur with (most) everyone else, but as a HAZMAT specialist I'm going to offer my 2-cents on the delivery method/spray issues. the delivery method is a metered PUMP SPRAY, not Aerosol as it claims here. That's key because the container design drastically impacts the purely mechanical function of pump spray delivery versus Aerosol where chemical reaction acts as propellent. This ultra-nerdy, obscure fact is most likely a big part of why everyone's saying it sucks and/or stops working (and they're right.) It does work, and pretty quickly (not sure about the "5-10 mins to dry" claim), but it sort of leaves a residue feeling for a bit, and then when it completely dries, it seems to dry you out. Like, reptile skin. I also find the "45 mins to 1 hour" effect duration to be dubious, eapecially if following directions and adhering to the advised "3 - 10 spray" maximum. I honestly have no idea why this particular product shows as "Best Seller" and "Amazon's choice" or whatever pay-to-endorse terminology was selected.

Based on the headline I'm sure you think Promescent is the hero here. It's not. I am LOL. This is the last review on this you gotta read fellas. Been using this stuff since 2016 so yes, veteran. Wasn't necessarily dealing with PE, I was average (20-30 min) but was back to dating and had been without for a while and didn't want that drought to have me performing like a red shirt freshmen (fellas you know what I'm talking bout lol). So with that backdrop out the way I went on a search to find some assistance if you will to get me through that initial barrier. I fell in love with the stuff! For reference, I've purchased this from the maker directly on their site, from Amazon and from Target and every single one performed as the first. I've read a lot of comments claiming that the stuff from Amazon is somehow different, it's not. It's the same stuff. I've also read a bunch of reviews complaining about it being "empty". It's not empty, it's a precise amount which you're told exactly how much liquid (in ml) is there and how many sprays total are in it directly on the wrapper (10,20,40,60). I've used the trial size (bought that my first purchase out of fear it wouldn't work), and the mid sized one's that Target usually carries, as well as the largest size via Amazon and promescent's website. I've used all of them and again, they are the same. When it comes to how to use the stuff, even the maker has that part wrong, which is why I'm the hero lol. The directions tell you to spray it and wait, do your do and then clean it off. That's wrong, and stupid. Which is why so many of you are saying it's being transmitted to your girlfriend's or wives and is messing up their experience. Pro tip: Spray it, wait 10-15 minutes (at least!), wash it off, and THEN have at it like a star! It soaks into your skin so washing it off won't make it lose potency... It will however, eliminate the transfer issue as well as the smell which the reviews on that are spot on. It DEFINITELY smells like Bengay, so you'll want to wash your hands after applying as to not give away the smell. Unless your girl goes immediately to your junk she won't be able to smell it. Now, what you do within that 15 minutes and how you play it off with your significant other is totally in your hands, I am merely the messenger! My advice is if you smoke, go have a smoke. If you don't, have your girl/wife/whatever take a shower first (should be at least 15 minutes or you have another issue entirely!) and then shower up behind her. From there, I promise you, you will be rewarded... An hour is not out of the question using this stuff and if you've reached grown man status and have mastered your stroke and control you can certainly push an hour 30 easy! I wasn't paid for this (I should've been) nor was I offered any free product (hint, hint @promescent) so my review is totally unbiased though it is totally, definitely for sale. Anything anybody else says regarding this is wrong, and if this doesn't help you nothing will. You're all welcome in advance! P.S. This product has me confused, it feels like it's working, then it doesn't? After spraying it over my scientifically known as a penis, i noticed the bottle warns against doing more than 10 sprays. Since the "bottle" is so small i was trying to be careful to not use too much of it and i'm pretty sure i may had done 11 sprays? The bottle feels like it's almost empty, and while it seems to be working, i'm still reaching "org" and i'd experiment with it more if it didn't cause an unpleasant smell. Which sadly is the excuse i'm using as to why i'm not buying any more of this product. Your mileage may vary, i'd recommend only getting if on sale or somehow $15 or less. As a side note, i don't think they expect men who have larger than average to use it, so that may be a thing?
