Is this an actual motorcraft part?

I received one F7TZ-12K073-B sensor in the mail this morning. It is in a sealed plastic bag that says FORD GENUINE PARTS and it includes the address for FORD MOTOR COMPANY in Dearborn, MI. The bag has the FORD logo and FORD blue color printed on it. It was shipped to me from the parts department of a FORD LINCOLN dealership in Kentucky. Mine is the real thing.

Is this the proper sensor for a 2000 7.3 f-250 superduty?

I would like ATLANTA FORD SuperStore to -explain- why this is not the correct part for a 2000 7.3? Please tell me, what IS the correct part? And why does Ford indicate this IS the -correct- part?

Does this fit my 2002 7.3?

I'm sure it fits 7.3's from 1999 1/2 up to and including 2003. It's also easy to replace. Keep one in your glove box.
