They work perfectly and I don't think I've ever had one fail.
Great to connect older analog cameras to newer cat5e or 6 wiring applications instead of the old-school siamese cabling. They cost a lot less here that the online camera place that I was buying supplies from before too. I've bought these a bunch of times over the years and I'v never had to replace on - so that's a plus too.Couldn't be happier.
