It genuinely helped with my sleep......But taking it continuesly does not work sometimes.....but it elevated my mood and also made me to sleep in night perfectly...Also in mornings ....I feel extremely refreshed.....but I guess it depends on your neurochemistry.....so just experiment with yourself.....

But I didn't use the tryptophan because I got scared. It's better to consult a health care doctor before taking it because of the tryptophan syndrome........ Where tryptophan increase becomes too much for the body to handle. My whole bottle just expired without me using a single capsule. I should have not ordered it. I came to know of the tryptophan syndrome after I ordered it. What a waste of money.

This is my second purchase. The product was good the first time. I never received the second time I purchased. And, I have not heard back from the seller about this. I am surprised and disappointed. I thought Healthy Hey was a better company than this.

this stuff is pretty strong, you will feel drowsy the next day and could cause uneasiness/panic attack kind of feeling. recommend taking doctors advise before taking this supplement
