FreshCut Gourmet Herb Scissors Multipurpose Shears with 5 Stainless Steel Blades and Cover

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I'm a real kitchen gadget nut and a while back, the tool I was using to help me with herbs and so on (which belonged to my Grandmother BTW!) bit the dust. I've been on the look out for something to replace it and to my delight, came across the FreshCut Gourmet Herb Scissors!I've used them for a variety of herbs and even to get some herbs from my garden for that nights dinner! It is easy to use, doesn't make my hand tired, make quick work of everything since there are five blades, is easy to clean thanks to the cover that doubles as the blade cleaner, and, are you ready for this?? I used it to cut fresh kale the other day! I cleaned it, stemmed it and rolled it so I could slice it into ribbons then decided to try the herb scissors. They did a beautiful job and gave kale another look in my recipe. I love it for any green I put into a fresh salad as well as soups and so on. Honestly...it's actually fun to use and I'm always on the look out for more ways to do so!Do yourself a favor and put the Herb Scissors to the test. You will be glad you did!

I like the IDEA of these scissors probably more than the actual reallity of using them. They DID immediately increase my usage of freshly cut parsley and basil directly from my garden and deck-pots. That's a plus. They are a bit of a mess to clean up - and the little gadget that is supposed to clean out the stuck-stuff is a bit of a joke in contrast to running water.However, I'd give a 5***** to their Customer Service. My little cleaning gadget came cracked and I contacted the owner (or one in charge) and she immediately mailed me a replacement piece for that. They DO pay attention! That part is great!I would buy these scissors again. For the service they provide, they are well worth having if you grow or buy a lot of fresh herbs.

These scissors can go through parsley, cilantro, basil, chives and other herbs in seconds. I give it 4 stars because one can only get a coarse cut and if you try to stick the scissors back into the chopped herbs to keep cutting, it won't really work well....so stick to the first run through and you'll be fine.Back to the good things...herbs don't bruise as they can with a knife blade, but look nice and fresh. Also, it's awesome for chopping directly into pots and on to dishes before serving. Overall, good value for money.

Great scissors but be careful they are very sharp, the first time I used them I cut a fingernail off and another time I sliced my fingers trying to clean them. The only problem I have is I get my herbs right from my garden and I rinse them off then I want to cut them but if you use this scissors on wet herbs the herbs get stuck between the blades, but if you think ahead (unlike me) and have the time to wait for your herbs to dry before cutting these scissors are great!

Ok tool for kitchen. I bought this thinking it would be helpful for soft herbs and thinking it would be easier for food prep then cutting. It is nice to scissor away at soft herbs but my one issue is many of the herbs get caught in the multiple blades. This is rather annoying and I wish I could simply use these scissors to cut away at the herbs with nothing getting stuck.

Very handy product for dealing with fresh herbs from my garden. Easy to clean and the blade guard protects the blades and my hands when I store the sissors. Great product and I got a note from the seller with additional tips and cleaning advice. I appreciate a seller who cares about customer satisfaction AFTER the sale.

These do work well cutting herbs into small bits. The only probably for me is I am taking my herbs right out of the fridge so they are still damp. Cutting the damp herbs causes the herbs to get stuck between the blades. It works greats on dry herbs.

Not heavy and cuts really easy. I will use but want to try the hand roller kind. I wash the herbs and then try and get them to stay bunched together to cut is a little tricky but it does slice them up. Easy to clean
