Very well made. Worked as audio interface right out of the box.
So I purchased Presonus 16.4.2 in 2010. It was FireWire and performed outstandingly for 12 years. When I could no longer update my OS and FireWire was no longer supported by windows it seemed this was the logical next step in my journey. So I previously said that the network connectivity was a little difficult to figure out. But with a little patience, I did figure it out and it is amazing. I can be in the vocal booth and run my own sessions via my iPad or my laptop shamelessly through Studio One 7. I already tracked a single with the console and it sounds amazing. The new preamps have a little more warmth and color than the 16.4.2 did, not as digitally pristine. Comes with a nice suite of vintage plugins. Mixer is extremely versatile and the Io is really easy to understand. I love this mixer. One wish would be for integrated Bluetooth. But it’s a solid 10 from me!.

Registration Used Product
The mixer was received in a timely manner and in great condition. Everything works as advertised but I ran into a snag trying to register the product with the company. I got the message that the item is already registered and that I would have to have the previous owner unregister the device from their account before I could proceed. I have no way of getting in contact with them to do so so I may have problems in the future when I need technical support from Presonus.
