> > > Beautiful Things come in Small Packages - A Great mini-PC on a Stick !!!

This mini-PC is surprisingly good and will serve us well with a portable 13.3" Monitor as well as a Home Theater PC for our Projector and 4K TV.SETUP:1-- INITIAL setup went smoothly and took a typical 15 min.2-- Next, MAKE SURE to Install ALL Windows Updates before starting regular use (~1 hour)3-- Highly recommended: Install "Intel Driver and Support Assistant" to keep your Intel Drivers up-to-date. For this PC it found an update for the4-- Out of the box it has 46GB free (64GB model)5-- This indeed has Windows 10 "Pro" - nice..6-- No bloatware at all which is great. Only pre-installed program is a 'MS OneDrive'Intel HD-Graphics card.ONGOING USE:1-- Great for everyday's use, browsing, streaming HD video, none-demanding games2-- Wifi, Bluetooth work perfectlyOverall very satisfied with this little PC on a stick. If you found this review helpful, please click below. Makes your TV the smartest of them all

I've been through probably every "smart" device to add to your tv. From fire stick, to roku, to a couple of android boxes. So far they've been alright but I keep wanting... more. The I had my best epiphany to date. Why use a tied down android tv stick when I could just plug a computer in? That's what I did and so far it's better than the rest.Pros:¤ Easy to use: It's windows. No weird setup or apps to download or anything. You just set up windows like you would any other computer and you're good to go.¤ Win10PRO: Coming with the pro version of windows 10 is one of the things that sold me on this particular one over others. Pro has some features that I like to use over the home version¤ 4GB Ram: The 4GB of ram may not seem like a lot, but if you're like me and using it as more or less of a media controller, 4 gigs is more than enoughNeutral:4k playback: I opened a 4k 60fps video on youtube and the stick struggled a bit. Maybe it was the 60fps. I only plan on watching 1080p so it doesn't affect me, but if you plan on streaming a lot of 4k content, especially high bitrate, this may not be the one for you from my experienceCons:NonsI was a little worried that it might be too big and not fit straight into my tv's hdmi port. Not only was it the perfect size, but it also comes with a small 2"~ hdmi cable just in case which was a nice addition. Overall I'm pleased with this so far. It's been able to handle everything I wanted out of it. Maybe in the future I'll get a bit better one and see how it goes

WARNING

Product may work fine right out of the box, but DO NOT update windows!Recently updated to build 20H2 and the built-in WiFi card disappeared. Tried to roll back the update to build 1909, WiFi card still missing. Reset to build 1903, same results. Tried installing their home made drivers, same result. Ended up installing a USB WiFi adapter to correct the problem, resulting in having only one USB port available on the device.Update - after re-applying the 20H2 update. The internal NIC came back as connection #2. It was a Broadcom 802.11 AC Dual Band WDI SDIO WiFi card.

Beyond 1809 to 2004 Works Without Difficulty

I tend to follow the Windows hardware technology, especially for small systems. So computers on a stick is but one part of the hardware I follow.A few months ago I decided to explore the newer stick technologies, and with Windows 10 2004 about to be released I decided to explore the T6 fanless stick. But I was very concerned about the warnings about going to 1903 or 1909, but some users noted ways to upgrade. When my T6 arrived, it was at the 1809 version of Windows 10 pro. I fired it up and did some of my usual configuration...easy. I did perform a Windows image backup, and did store the drivers that one user suggested. Then I put it on the back burner.Upon return to the T6, I went to Windows Update to bring 1809 current. Although automatic updates were disabled by the vendor via Group Policy, manual updates were still possible. I brought 1809 up to date, and Microsoft was recommending upgrading to 1909. It should be noted that Microsoft doesn't make that recommendation unless it has the drivers to support the platform - which is why some computers are upgraded earlier than other computers. Given I had a backup image, I went ahead with the upgrade...and all worked just fine and it properly and promptly connected to my WiFi which was reported as a big problem. After 1909 was installed and several updates were processed, Microsoft again recommended upgrading to 2004. Took a 1909 image, cleaned up the C: drive, and went ahead. Again, no problems with 2004, and the WiFi is working just fine. The T6 is now running Windows 10 pro v2004 with the latest updates. It should be noted that I found the real time clock was not syncing even though the settings were to sync. Had to several times after power down to manually cause the clock to be synchronized...so far the only flaw I've found. The processor is slow and the process of installing updates and upgrades takes a LONG time. The processor is running at 100% a lot of the time...but I've seen that with my other Lenovo stick computer too. Web browsing and other similar operations work just fine.
