Great for tendonitis!
Glucosamine doesn't really help my arthritis, but it's great for tendonitis! I was unable to move my arm without excruciating pain for more than six months. After taking glucosamine for 54 days, I was able to move my arm without pain. My sister was told she needed surgery on her tendon. I told her about glucosamine. It took 3 days before she could walk without pain!!! The stuff is awesome!

Easy to swallow.
These are great for joints but dark yellow color rubs off on your hands.

Works pretty well after all. Not being in pain sure beats the alternative.
I've been using glucosamine for years, never sure if it did anything or not. The scientific evidence is mixed. If it does work, glucosamine SULFATE is better than glucosamine HCL. But the sulfate is hard to find. The brand I bought previously on Amazon was no longer available. I ran out about a month ago and a couple of weeks later had a major flare-up of arthritis pain in my knee. TWO DAYS after starting this version of glucosamine, my knee was 90% better. Amazing. I'm convinced.

STAINS
These capsules stain my skin every time I put them in my hand. And it won’t come off! And I dropped one on the bed and it stained the sheets! Very weird and so disappointing. I asked for a refund or exchange but haven’t heard yet.

I purchased this product and it just arrived today, only to find out that the safety seal was missing, so I took the liberty to count them and there was not 60 capsules in the container, what an inconvenience.
