First, it takes 2 to assemble it. It is very difficult to fit the parts together alone in order to screw in the screws. That's the only negative in my opinion to this chair and not enough of a negative to remove a star from my 5-star rating.When I first sat in it, the back cushion seemed a little too firm. But I quickly realized that the firmness was perfect for me and I can sit in it a long time without it getting uncomfortable. The back-cushion fits at the exact right spot to give lumbar support, making it easy t be able to sit with a straight back. The arms cushions are very comfortable and are the exact right spot to be able to rest them on the cushions when I type and achieve a ninety-degree angle.I had a weird defect in the sewing of the seam of the cushion that I feel was quite unusual and I doubt that anyone else would get on their chair. I used the included warranty parts request form and, with the picture that I sent, which was mandatory for a cushion replacement, I was sent a perfect replacement cushion with no hassle and no need to go through any steps at Amazon. That really impressed me.To sum it up: I really love this chair!!

This chair is extremely comfortable, wonderful for the back and easy to get up from.

Nice looking, sturdy, comfortable and easy-to-clean office chair; very difficult for one person to put together since it required someone pushing on it for the holes to match up. Directions are simple; you just need two people to put it together.

The assembly option is bogus. Make it plain. It says to add $90, then doesn't when you click it an go to checkout and look at the total. This is opacity and deception. Assemble the damn chair yourself, and make it plain what you are doing and what they cost. I was going to place a big order, but hate this unclear presentation. Get your act together on this site.

As far as quality of chair, its what I expected for the price we paid. However, be aware the back rest assembly is NOT lined up properly. Holes for screws from back rest were very difficult to assemble even with a power drill. You get what you pay for.

Pretty comfortable and extremely sturdy as expected for the price.. the assembling part was extremely easy one person job!! You literally have 8 screws to tighten up.. just make sure to only snug the screws all way around before tightening them all the way down or else it won’t line up!!
