People who have back pain they know how painful it is. And like me, you must have used different massagers by now. I myself have 4 different massagers.Anyway, I love that I can lie down on top of it, and sleep. It has three different heat settings. I have observed that it shuts down automatically if it becomes too hot. So no worries if you fall asleep during the night. And no, this is not a magic device, it will not remove your pain forever, but it does alleviate the pain really nicely.Really worth the price and highly recommend it.

Ordered this heating pad at the beginning of October. Was used on a regular basis for two months when it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent a new pad out to me within a few days.

I have a few herniated disc's in my back and the heat gives me comfort. This item is nice, comfortable and when it worked it worked well. But the item died a few weeks ago, I am not happy as it really didn't last too long.

Very nice getting pad, I was in a car accident last weekend and couldn't find my old heating pad so I ordered this one. Its much better than my old one that was a plastic like material that would bunch up inside the cover.This heating pad is one piece and very soft and flexible.It heats quickly and has controls that are easy to use.

So far this is a great heating pad I've only had it a few days but it's great for putting on my lower back while I'm sitting in a chair are putting on my feet it's lightweight , soft andf lexible it's like I said so far so good.I am changing my rating from five stars to three. The heating pad is flexible. It does have several degrees of temperature and several different lengths of time can be set. And it is soft.HOWEVER, I bought the pad in August. and now it barely gets warm on the highest heat setting. Make sure you read all reviews before making your purchase of this temporary heating pad!!!

I really like this heating pad. The cord is long and removable for washing. It’s lightweight and Xl size makes it easier for comforting those hard to reach areas like your back, shoulder and abdomen. Control settings are easy plus you get 6 temperature settings and time increments between 30-120 minutes. The only little thing I would change is if the temperature had one more hot setting for heat for the intense pain of menstrual cramps. Overall great product. On 2/07/2020 it stopped working. When I turn it on all of the lights flash, tried turning it off and on and unplugging and plugging it back and it’s still flashing. So I got about 6 months use and because of that I had to downgrade the stars.

This has varying settings for heat intensity and a useful timer. The plus for me is that the cover is comfortable and doesn't fall off. Very good for relaxing muscle spasms in the low back, and is just the right size to drape over shoulders or lay on top it spans the entire torso (I'm 5'4").

I noticed several other buyers had the same problem. The lights started flashing (both time and temp. )I could make it come on (by turning it off and on after a period) for a few days, but it was always super hot no matter what the temp was set on. DON'T BUY THIS. I have a drug store heating pad that still works after 30 years. I replaced it with this one because the old one was in such bad shape cosmetically. I had to give this one star in order to post.
