LEGOMinifigure - The Hobbit - THORIN OAKENSHIELD (Chain Mail, Sword & Axe)

As a Richard Armitage fan I really wanted this figure but could only find it in the $50+ Lego Hobbit sets which seemed rather expensive for such a tiny little man, especially since he is a dwarf. I was pleased when Amazon sent me one of those "If you liked that maybe you'll like this" emails after I bought the Strike Back DVDs with Richard . Apparently they spotted a trend! I ordered two of the Lego Thorins!

He was easy to put together, he has two faces, on one he's baring his teeth, on the reverse he's not. This little Thorin looks more like Richard Armitage than the other "action" Thorins that I've seen. Oh yeah, I bought Lego Thorin for myself, to go with my Little Guy and Richie the horse.

How can anyone resist a Leg Thorin Oakenshield, especially if you've seen the charming picture of Richard Armitage holding it? For children it's a must have! For fans of Richard Armitage it's a MUST HAVE!!!! He comes with axe and sword. He's great!

I love having my own little Thorin, but I didn't realize it would be about the size of a small strawberry. :-)

They gave me Kili instead of Thorin. So i have two kilis and no Thorin.

I wouldn't have bought this item had my nephew not begged me to get it for him- at $13.50 I don't think it's good value for money when one could buy a mini set with a few more pieces included for the same price.

Yes, thorin is an awesome lego, i liked it cause of the good details in it, def a plus if you ask me.
