this is a min projector, bumps to table require resetting focus. most laypeople dont realize the implications of the technical specifications.

I am a researcher and I travel frequently to give lectures. I was searching for a LED projector that was compact and with good quality so that I could travel easily. When I saw this product on Amazon, I was skeptical due to the lack of reviews. However, after comparing the main features such as the brightness, resolution, price, and the weight with several models, I decided to give it a try!When I first used it, I was incredibly impressed by its performance! First, the color contrast and the image quality are incredible!! It is marvelous to see on how beautiful the image comes out in such a small unit!Other good things I like about this unit:* It's easy to use - I am able to operate basic features on this unit and the remote control without using the user manual. Even my family member who is not a "technical" person is able to use it simply by following the simplified manual.* The unit is light, along with a small remote control. The AC adapter it comes with is a plus - it's pretty cool and much smaller than my Sony Viao AC adapter!* Performance -Beautiful abundant color, with resolution WXGA 1280x800. Haven't tried the 3D function yet!* It can also be used as a home theater. I tried to play movies on my family room's wall and the image came out surprisingly good. The sound quality from the projector was also good that I did not need to connect other sound systems.* The shipping was very fast ~ (got it 2 days after ordering it, and I'm not even using Amazon Prime)!!I am enjoying this product and will definitely recommend this product to my colleagues, friends and families.

The projector worked for about 1 month and has since stopped working consistently. It's signal strength gets distorted when I have my Mac laptop plugged in through either HDMI or VGA. I am very disappointed in this product. Of course now I can't even return it!

The color image from this projector is great!!!!!!!!!I took my ShowMx to my friend's place and did some comparison with her Qumi Q5 which was also on my wish list with similar technical specifications. The color from Q5 is too bluish, the cooling fan is louder, and its image is not as sharp as my ShowMx.The USB function makes it more convenient! I can easily carry it around with the less than 2lbs unit, a neat AC it comes with, and a USB!!I was a little worried what would I get after ordering from Amazon, but now I'm just glad that I got a projector with a much better price!!

We needed a company projector, and this one is perfect! It's smaller than I expected, but it works great. It's easy to use, and the image projected is clear.

I love this little projector. I use this projector to watch movies, and the quality is great! I have tried projecting the image directly onto the walls in different rooms. Given that I don't have white walls in my house, it is more impressive that the project still provided great colors. The keystone correction did a good job on adjusting the image. The best part I like is since the projector is light-weighted, it's very easy to mount it on a tripod and adjust to my needs.
