Very disappointed with performance
Does not give strength needed to cool the place and makes noise

No heat at all and very little cool air
Returned the item. It does not heat at all. Only an air conditioner and a very weak one. Amazon was top notch and had it picked up for the return right away. Was extremely heavy to install just to find out it didn’t work as promised.
