Darice 12-Inch by 12-Inch Core Dinations Glitter Silk Cardstock Assortment, 20 Sheet Per Package

It's not particularly glittery, which was disappointing for me. Other reviews said that the glitter doesn't slough off like other papers, but there's so little of it that I guess that's not an issue. I thought it would be more smooth with the glitter kind of ingrained in the paper in a way that it cannot flake off, but this is more a piece of constructions paper with glitter thrown on top of it. It's sparse so if I use a little piece for a card or something you can barely tell it's glitter paper. The colors are also a little strange and not quite what I thought I would get according to the pictures. I don't know, maybe if I knew what to expect I wouldn't be so disappointed, but I don't think I can really use it the way I had planned on.

This review is for my first purchase of Darice products. I am new to papercrafting and purchased this due to the $3.55 add-on price to use with my Cricut maker. The package features 20 pieces of 6"x6" glitter cardstock. The colors on the front label are deceiving (IMO) and do not do the real colors justice. There is a black, copper, white, medium pink, bright purple, aqua, kelly green, yellow, orange and red with two of each color. They are really very beautiful colors in this selection. They are matte white on the reverse side. I have been handling them while counting and checking out the colors and there is no glitter anywhere! I am pleased with the weight of the cardstock. All this being said I was concerned about the "regular" price of almost $14! However, I think it would be worth that price. This is real quality paper and I am pleased I had the opportunity to try it at the add-on price as I most likely would not have considered it.

Seriously these glitter cardstock papers are fantastic. I love the colors (which they were the exact same colors shown--a review mentioned that they were sent the wrong colors); they are bright, sparkly, shiny, shimmery, and are great quality. I made invitations with these papers-they served as the background attached by a brad fastener to a transparent (but slightly cloudy-ish) vellum that I typed the invitation on. I am NOT a sparkly girl by any means but for our church women's group the theme was "Leave a little sparkle wherever you go," so by necessity I needed something sparkly and these glitter papers did the trick. Literally everyone commented and oohed and aahed over the appearance. I cannot say enough good things about these papers. And of course not one single piece of glitter came off to leave a mess.

I bought this pack of glitter card stock primarily for the light green color. The green I received is not light, it is more of an emerald color and will not work for what I wanted it for. And the glitter does come off. When I took the paper out of the package, it left glitter all over my desk. Unfortunately I swept it away before taking a photo. And the paper is not super glittery like I was expecting.

Good special paper for using with Cricut or other cutters. This is a more subtle shimmery look than the Glitter version and is definitely not a gritty heavy-duty glitter look. It says the glitter doesn't come of, but I get Tinkerbell fingers when I work with it. Only economical if you get it as an add-on, the regular price is a bit high. Nice selection of colors to use for accents on cards.

Their "right amount of glitter" and mine vary greatly. I expect some sparkle when I buy glitter paper not just a hint of glitter. It should not say "glitter' on the package but "very lightly glittered". It's usable but not at all what I had in mind.

Nice paper with a good assortment of colors. It is a good quality, not too thick or thin. I would buy this again and would recommend this to any crafter out there. I used it for card making. I have no complaints about this item.

Great card, the girlfriend has been using these for our scrapbook for out holidays. Really good quality and very thick. Good thing about this card you don't get millions of little bits of glitter everywhere not like some. And great price too so much cheaper than the craft shop we had been getting.
