Q: One picture shows a low profile footswitch but amazons 2nd picture shows a different footswitch on top of a base. Which is it? Thanks

the one that I got is the first one. The low-profile one.

Q: Pictures only show a bulb and a bit of hose. Where's the SWITCH????

the switch comes with it and is attached at the end of the hose (hose about 3 feet long)its a 3-pin switch (can be either used as on-switch or as off switch)

Q: To properly install this power switch - I need to remove it from the airline hose. I pulled gently- it didn't come off- will I have to re-glue it?

I don't know what are trying to do, this is a pneumatic switch. When you press the foot switch it creates a air pressure and trigger the micro switch ON at the other end.

Q: Can I use this to switch a standard 120V/20A outlet? I see the specs state 125V.

120V is fine. That's what we have it wired to.
