REVLONColorStay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick, Perfect Peony, 0.1 Ounce

I finally found a "fun" happy color that works for me! Very exciting.I ordered Stellar Sunrise. It's a lovely peachy pink, happy and bright, warm but not *too* warm. Yes it's a real ripe pinky peach, not "beige" or sand or clay or any neutral stuff. Not too orangey either. That works!It's a great pink for someone who, like me, wants very much to try a happy youthful bubblegum color, but looks deathly awful in anything cool or blue-based, and can't do oranges or browns either.(I have very light skin with olive/yellow undertones, and I'm 45 years old. It makes trying anything "bright" or "pink" a dangerous game to play. Whoopsie!)The product itself is pretty good! I can apply it at 5am and with a tiny touchup after lunch, it stays put til evening, and looks tight.It is much more sheer than I expected, especially for a longwear lipstick. My usual brand is maybelline super stay matte, which is thick textured and color saturated. This Revlon Colorstay Ultimate has a more glossy feel. It's sheer and even a bit shimmery (not too much) and this means buildable! A little for a glowing gloss. Another layer for a more vibrant look. Let each layer set. It took some getting used to, but now I appreciate the versatility. It's super easy!I use an eyeliner brush to line my lips with the product. It holds an overline all day, but because it's a bit sheer, the enlarging effect is not quite as convincing as when i use my more opaque matte brand. That's the only downside I've found and it's barely an inconvenience.This review applies to the Stellar Sunrise color.... If I try other colors and they offer different coverage, I will update my review. Til then, let me get off of this thing.

This is long-lasting, but does not last as long as advertised. It dries my lips out a little, and requires some moisture. I have purchased several in the past because the color is so great. It is bright, but soft and not TOO bright! It is a true, blue-based pink with no orange and looks nice in photos.

Stays on all day- and then some if you don’t intentionally remove it.

My daughter and I have been using this for 3-4 years now. I put it in the morning and it stays on through meals and everything. Women ask me if I had my lips tattooed because it almost never looses color. I bought several extra in case they stop making it.

It's a bit dry but workable.

Seriously!!! I've tried all of them from CVS and Rite-aid and this is the best long lasting lipstick for daily wear that literally lasts all day from morning, when I put it on untill, night time, when I take it off. I always make sure to put some along the edges of my lips too, to act as kind of a lip liner, because it does last longer than lip liner. Then after it dries I put the lip liner over it. This is seriously the best without rubbing off. I have a white Pomeranian puppy and I give him kisses all day and it never rubs off on my Pomeranian. Of course, when I put it on I always let it set fully before eating or kissing my dog. I love this lipstick!!! I especially like that it's buildable, like I can put a thin first coat for a lighter color, or I can put another layer on top of the first layer for more dramatic color. I am collecting these in all the colors and so far I have about 5 of them. I love all of the colors; I hope they make them in more colors. I like the beautiful shimmer too. Sometimes I put on long lasting gloss over them from Revlon or Loreal or one of the other drug store brands to slightly change the color or just to make it glossy but depending on the gloss it may lose some of the long lasting effect, which is fine by me because these colors are gorgeous!!!

Have so many lip stain wands. By far this is the best. The Premium Plum is a beautiful color that I think will look good on anyone. It glided on rand stayed on. I love it.
