EpicureanGourmet Series Cutting Board, 17.5-Inch by 13-Inch, Nutmeg/Natural

These cutting board is very solid. Much thicker and heavier than the Epicurean Kitchen Series. It does slide around slightly on my granite countertop, but nothing I can't live with. I had zero smell unlike other reviews mentioned. Will probably purchase other sizes in the future. I am a big fan of Epicurean cutting boards.

It's heavier than the cheap plastic boards, but it's not as heavy as solid wood. I love that it's dishwasher safe. I've used this probably a dozen times so far, cutting raw meat, cooked meat, raw vegies. If there are scratches, they are barely visible. Glad I got it.

This is a excellent quality large board. Only complaint is it had a very offensive odor the first couple of times it was washed.

15 yrs ago I bought the same style and size Epicurean cutting board at Smokey Mountain Knife Works. Best cutting board I have ever owned. Never warped, separated or split. I gave this product 4 stars only because I hope the quality has not changed. From what I've seen so far I feel very confident it will last over a decade. Oh yeah, I kept my old board as an extra...it's garden season and many hands make for light work.

If your tired of average big (not quite wide enough) boards, then get this beast! You'll be happy you did.Only drawback is it's so big it's hard to clean and stow. Now that we're past that. I would say this board is perfect in every way. The dimensions are a well thought rectangle. When you set this on the counter its not too deep to push back on the back-splash and wide enough to hold it all.I love how easy it is to clean. It offers the perfect amount of space to really go at it when prepping big cooks and the post cook cut. I no longer have to be concerned about containing what I work on to keep the rest of the counter clean. Bonus, this board is not only pure function, it looks sharp too. The side profile of the layering looks amazing.

I have a few of these. They are holding up to the dishwasher, and I just love them. They don't get the deep cuts in them that my plastic boards do, they look classier, and they simply work. The liquid groove around the perimeter works, but isn't deep, but I like it exactly the way it is.They are thin, and are easier to pull out of a stack of cutting boards than the varying plastic ones I have, that either lack feet and slip, or have lots of rubber and are tough to organize. I love these Epicurean cutting boards!

This is the second cutting board I have bought, both were gifts, I bought the big carving cutting board for my son-in-law 5 years ago and he just told me that he loves the cutting board.

Best cutting board ever! Love the size! Great size if you’re entertaining, doing a huge prime rib or turkey. I’ve given it as a gift I like it so much

Thin, light and dishwasher safe, this is board beats any wooden board hands down in my opinion, even though it is a bit pricey. The perfect cutting board for me.

I have the worlds best Ceramic knives by kyocera and now the best cutting board to go with it without damaging my blades. This cleans easy and is super good to chop with. I use one side for raw, one side for cooked and so far so good. I even got the wax? to go with it so I can condition it when need be.

Love this cutting board but discolouration occurred after washing it in the dishwasher. :(. Had I known this would happen, I never would have put it in the dishwasher even though they say it’s fine to do so. I like to display it upright on my counter but now it doesn’t look as nice. Wish I could return and get a replacement.

My old epicurean cutting board was just as expensive but not too impressive ... in time it retains smells (especially from raw meat), got stained, has deep cuts ... I really hope this one will perform better as this is my last try with this brand. So far, this new one it's holding up pretty well (a couple of months of use only)

I love Epicurean products and had other product of the same series and this one was missing. If this did not came from Amazon (which I trust), I would think it was fake. The colors, black stripes were washed out and the color tone was very different from the other Epicurean products I have.I didn't bother to return it as it was an international shipping but I would otherwise do. I still give 4 stars as it's not the fault of the product bur probably rather the seller.
