Love these they are great. They do run small.

I love these gloves! They’re comfortable and durable, and I’m sure they will last at least as long as my former pair from another brand. Be aware, though, that they run really small even when you use their sizing chart. I measured my hands very carefully and ordered size Medium. Waaaay too tight! Couldn’t get my hand all the way in. Returned them to get size Large, which are perfect. Snug but comfortable, and they will stretch a bit over time since they’re leather.

Definitely a bionic woman gardener when I wear these! No sticks or scratches from thorns at all, thick, yet pliable, so not restrictive at all. Love the long gauntlet to protect forearms. I use them for all type of gardening chores, not just for roses. Machine washable, air dry. They are stiff after washing, but loosen up quickly when wearing. The large fit me “like a glove”, but be sure to get the correct size. I have given these as gifts to many of my gardener friends. They have all loved them, one of my friends husband ordered himself a pair. Very durable, my first pair lasted three years, and that is with heavy duty gardening.

Not only do they do the job, but they are comfortable to wear. My hands don't get hot and I don't have to take them of to do things that require finer touch. The leather is supple and doesnt hinder motion. I have bought other high sleeve garden gloves for less money and they were ok, but these are obviously superior. I rinse them out in the sink and they dry fine and ready to be put back on. Rose thorns don't get through, and the protection up the arm helps a lot when you have to reach deep inside to prune. I would never waist money on any other gloves again. I am sure they will last a long time.

I measured, I looked at the chart, saw the comments, bought a large instead of medium. I'm exchanging for X Large!These are very well made gloves, look perfect for my gardening needs and to protect my forearm skin from scrapes and bruises. However, they are very small compared with other gloves I have worn. I look forward to a pair that I can wear!

I use these as my full time pruning and gardening gloves and no longer get forearm cuts. These are great for protecting arms when bagging debris, pushing sticks/limbs down into a yard litter bag, pruning hollies and other scratch plants, and reaching for deep cuts on plants that aren’t as healthy inside the top layer (and therefore are very pokey stick filled). The goat leather is durable and cleanable (just wash your hands with soap like regular, but keep your gloves on!).My one con for these gloves is that I wish they had the same hand part as Bionic’s relief grip gloves. Those are fantastic for anyone with joint or connective tissue issues. I’d really like those gloves with these gloves’ gauntlet-the perfect glove!

I grow roses and have been looking for gloves that are thick enough to withstand thorns but are flexible enough for pulling weeds, grasping tools, handling small fragile cuttings, etc. These gloves are the answer! Tip: follow the measuring guidelines closely to get the perfect fit as they are very close fitting. I ordered the ladies' large and the fit was snug... at first I thought it was too tight but after wearing them a few times the close fit is what makes them different from other bulky, awkward gloves. If you are serious about gardening these are totally worth the price!

These gloves are of fantastic quality. The leather is thick yet soft and supple, and the fabric on the sleeve section is very thick and protective. A reinforced patch covers each palm for added protection. Breathable areas between the fingers and at the knuckles provide added flexibility.I’ve used these gloves several times for weeding, pruning and digging holes for big shrubs. There is no sign of damage and no soil in the fingers.Other reviewers mentioned that these come up a little small, and I’ve found that to be true. I have long, slim fingers and usually wear medium-sized gloves, but based on other reviews, I opted for the large size, and these are just right…literally JUST right. Any smaller, and they’d be too small; they’re a snug fit around my fingers. I don’t find them restrictive to use; they are very flexible.All in all, I’m delighted with these gloves. They are high-quality and comfortable, and when they eventually need replacing, I’ll definitely be getting another pair!

Thorns still penetrated the gloves

I love these gloves! I have bought other gloves in the past as these are a bit pricey but I always come back to these as they can't be beaten for comfort or quality. Unfortunately my dog also loves them and ate the last pair so this pair are staying well out of reach of the dog this time! I have a swollen knuckle on one of my forefingers so comfort is of paramount importance to me, these gloves offer a high level of protection and they are comfortable beyond words. I have long fingers and small hand width (8cm across the widest part) and the ladies large size is a perfect fit for me. I can still do detailed work whilst wearing these gloves and the thorn protection is the best I've come across, I'd definitely recommend buying them but I do wish they were a little cheaper to buy.
