My 5 lb chihuahua has epilepsy and takes 0.6ml of liquid meds twice a day. I fill his meds at the pharmacy and they give me a 10ml syringe. It's so big it's hard to measure and hard to give him the meds from it, so I bought these.First, they are only 1 ml so it is easier to measure out his meds. The plunger slides smoothly so I'm not blasting his meds into the back of his throat. The shape of the plunger gets all the meds out so that sugary stuff doesn't dry in the tip.Because there are 100 of them with caps I can pre-measure his medicine, cap them, and have them ready for his morning and evening doses. Since he doesn't see me measuring it out, he doesn't have time to go hide from it. I fill 2 weeks worth at a time then wash them out and reuse them. When one wears out, I already have replacements.I definitely recommend them to anyone trying to give oral medication to a small animal. The small tip and smooth plunger make them easy to use for both parties.

These are very helpful when giving small doses of liquid medication. They are disposable so you don’t have to worry about getting the small bit clean. They also have a lid, so filling up what you need for travel and keeping them contained is very easy! Love these.

My baby is on a prescription that requires a fraction of a milliliter dosage, the pharmacy gives you cheap ones and I ended up just buying these so I could throw them away and stop trying to wash them, I don’t feel as though washing them overtime keeps them clean. I will continue to order these as long as we need them.

Our poor dog became diabetic this winter and we have been using these syringes since having to begin giving him insulin. These syringes are easy to use with a easy pull back on the plunger. The only downside that we have found is that we get air bubbles fairly often, possibly due to how much we have to draw up.
