I used this in conjunction with a cold smoker to smoke some cheese and the taste was phenomenal. My only issues was keeping the saw dust smoldering. It liked to go out pretty often and that's not an issue o had with pellets.

I make my own beef jerky in a smoker. The fine cut of the chips is perfect for my smoker and the flavor is always a big hit.

These work well for my purposes, but I wish they either offered larger sizes for a discounted price or at least priced these a bit less. It's only sawdust, after all--probably a by-product of wood manufactured for other reasons.

I really enjoy Cameron's wood chips, I am only leaving a bad review because I only received one of the two bags ordered. I cannot figure out how to get a refund for the missing bag
